Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular i) I
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,i,
Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of Agril 1972.
The following members were present. Mavo'r Hilde. Councilmen
Y
Spaeth, Hunt, and Neils.
The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resofution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-123 I
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has offered to pay
to the Village $91,100.53 in full satisfaction of certain
special assessments,

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: that the Village of Plymouth accept
the proposal; of the State of Minnesota to pay $91,100.53 in full ;
satisfaction of the assessments levied as a result of the
following projects: }

Central Area Streets Levy 5101 $11,000.00 '
Central Area Storm Sewer Levy 5103 72,658.08
Central Area Water Levy 5106 7,442.45 {{
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following assessments with
respect to Plat 43728, Parcel S50, be deleted from the levies
indicated:
Levy 5101 $ 14,667.65
Levy S103 72,658.08.
Levy' 5106 - 7,442.45

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was

duly .seconded by Councilman Neilsand upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, and Neils.
The following voted against (01111lQVU : none
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i
