Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.' 72-122
WHEREAS, the Council has requested a supplemental report
to the Preliminary Report for Project #134, and
WHEREAS, Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik 6 Associates, Inc.,
have prepared the Supplemental Report, and
WHEREAS, Sanitary Sewer and Water have been requested
by Circuit Science, Inc., and K $ W Wholesale Warehouse
Hardware Sales,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL.
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Preliminary Report Supplement, Project 0134,
dated March 6, 1972, is hereby accepted, and
2. A Public Improvement Hearinffor the improvements
included in the Supplement is ordered for 7:30 P.M.,
on April 17, 1972.
3. Prior to the Public Improvement Hearing, a fiscal
and legal review shall be made.
