Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of April 1972.
;+.The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman
Spaeth, Hunt and Neils.
}? The following members were absent: Councilman Seibold

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoptipn:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-121
WHEREAS, the Council ordered Niagara Lane north of County
Road M6 to be constructed and,
WHEREAS, the staff was directed to negotiate with the City
of Minneapolis to obtain the right-of-way and,
WHEREAS, agreements were made with Minneapolis to purchase
the right-of-way at the appraised value of $4,000 per acre and,'
WHEREAS, the City of Minneapolis has requested payment of
$31,160.00 for -the right-of-way.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the staff is hereby authorized to pay to the City of
Minneapolis a sum of $31,160.00 as payment in full for the 7.79
acres of Niagara Lane easements. These easements consist of 4.33+'
acres of roadway easement and 3.46.+.acres of walkway easement.`

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

held on Aril 3 , 1972, with the original thereof on
file in my office ant e same is a -full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
