WHEREAS, Super Valu Stores; Inc., the developer, has
requested a Final Site Plan approval for a proposed super-
market in a Community Unit Project previously zoned for
said use, and
WHEREAS, the developer has submitted a Final Site
Plan which has been reviewed by the Village Planning Commis-
sion -and recommended for approval subject to conditions,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. The Final Site Plan (Exhibit A) for Super Valu
Stores, Inc. proposed supermarket be approved subject to
an adequate solution for handling the site storm and water
run-off being agreed upon by the devgloper and the Village
Engineer and approved by the Village Council prior to any
building permits being issued, and
2. No vehicular access be permitted to Merrimac Lane
r and the driveway shown on Exhibit A be eliminated and lands-
caped, and
3. An adequate solution for providing additional
traffic lanes on -State Highway #101 be agreed upon by the
developer and Village Engineer and approved by the
Village Council prior to any building permits being issued.
4. A`perfoftance bond or other suitable assurance be
z provided to insure landscaping.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilxen Hunt and Neils
The following voted against 002COW}p: Councilman Spaeth 4.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. i,.
