home on this property since 1970 without any complaints,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PMOUTH: that a Conditional Use Permit be
grantedto cover a period -of two (2) years or until said
property changes ownership, whichever comes first, to allow
a_ mobile home to be placed on the property located at 4045
Highway 1 101, Hamel, and to be located where it will not
be visible from Highway 155 or Highway 1101.
