WHEREAS, the developer has submitted an irrevocable letter of credit. -in
the amount of Five Thousand -Five hundred Aoliars (55,500.00) for the remaining
work on Fazendin Park First Addition and the work described in Addendum 11,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL

OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the Fazendin Park Second'Addition"Final Plat (Exhibit A) and
Addendum tl.(covering`Fazendin Park Second Addition) to the Subdivision
Development Contract A-220 for Fazendin Park First Addition be approved. 1

Ir duly seconded by Councilman`Spaethand upon vote being I
taken -thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
