VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was
held on the 3rd day of April, 1972. The following members were
Present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth and Neils. The
following members were absent: Councilman Seibold
Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-112
WHEREAS, Bruce Carlson, representing Minneapolis Industrial
Park. Inc., 44 South 7th Street, Minneapolis, requests the con-
solioation of the unattached parcels 3330, 4420, 4800 and 5200
of Minneapolis Industrial Park First Addition,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVLD BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1
of the Village of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed
on April 6, 1966 in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page 497,
Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relating to the
conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in area
and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following des-
cribed lands:
That part of Lot 1, lying Northwesterly of the Southeasterly 600
feet thereof and lying Southwesterly of a line parallel with and
400 feet Southwesterly of the Northeasterly line of said Lot 1
and the same extended, except the Northwesterly 152 feet of the
Southeasterly 752 feet of the Southwesterly 100 feet of the North-
easterly 500 feet of Lot 1. All of Lot 6. That part of Lots 2, 4,
5 and 7 lying Northerly of the following described line to wit:
Beginning at the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence Northwest-
erly along the Southwesterly line of said Lot 1 a distance of 318.17
feet; thence Northwesterly 700 36 feet on a tangential curve to the
left, having a radius of 640.% feel and a central angle of 62
degrees, 36 minutes, 25 seconds to a point 20 feet North of the
North line of Lot 2; thence Westerly parallel with the North line
of Lot 2 a distance of 144.42 feet; thence Northwesterly along a
tangential curve to the right, having a radius of 408.88 feet and
a central angle of 86 degrees 40 feet and there terminating. All
in Block 3, Minneapolis Industria: Park. Area equals 729,881 square
feet or 16.756 acres.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
9i Spaeth, Hunt and Neils. The following voted against: None.
