RESOLUTION NO. 72-111
WHEREAS, Mr. Donald Stotts, representing.Dura Properties,
10710 County Road #15, in the Village of Plymouth, requests
the subdivision and consolidation of Lots 11, 12, and 13,
Block,6 Schiebe-'s Highland View Addition,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village
of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966; and filed on
April 6,. 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records,
page 497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relating to the conveyance of parcels of land less
than five (5) acres in area and 300 feet in width are
herby waived as to the following described lands:
Tract, A: Lot 11 and the Westerly 36 feet of Lot 12
measured at right angles to the Easterly line of Lot`
11. Schiebe's Highland View Addition.
Tract 'B: Lot 12 and 13 except the Westerly 36 feet
of Lot 12 measured at right angles to the Easterly I
line of Lot 1.1 Schiebe's Hi¢hland View Addition.

1, the undersigned., being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
of the VillLge of PlyAouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have

file in Ey office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
