Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-110
WHEREAS, Franklin T. Morris, 12210 - 28th Avenue North, in the Village
of Plymouth, requests a subdivision of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Elmhurst
Heights Addition.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village of Plymouth
passed on January 10, 1966, and filed on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of
Miscellaneous Records, page 497, Register of -Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota,
relati to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (5) acres in
areaarm 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to floe fctlowing described
lands: �
Tract A. That part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, ElLmhurst Heights Addition,
lying easterly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
northerly line of said Lot 1 distant 11.0' easterly of the northwesterly corner
thereof; thence southerly to a point in the southerly line of said Lot 2
distant 29.0' easterly of the southwesterly corner thereof and there ter-
minating. And lying westerly of a line described as follows: Beginning at
a point on the northerly line of said Lot 1 distant 115.0' easterly of the
northwesterly corner thereof; thence southerly to a point on the southerly
line of said Lot 2 distant 126.14' easterly of the southwesterly corner
thereof and there terminating. Except the southerly 15.0' thereof for 28th
Avenue North.
Tract B. That part of Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Elmhurst Heights, lying
easterly of a line described as follows: Beginning at a point in the northerly
line of said Lot I distant 115.0' easterly of the northwesterly corner there -f,
thence southerly to a point in the southerly line of said Lot 2 distant
126..14' easterly of the southwesterly corner thereof and there terminating.
Except the southerly 15.0' thereof for 28th Avenue North.
FU011ER-that petitioner provide all the extra hook-ups at his cost; any
damage to the street, new stubs, re -location of sewer and water lines, shall
all be at petitioner's expense.

Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared
the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village
Council of said Village held on April 3, 1972, with the original (hereof on
file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
