Minnesota was held on the 20th day of March , 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Spaeth, and Seibold •
The following members were absent: Councilman Neils
Councilman Hunt introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72- 109
WHEREAS,.pursuant to an advertisement for bids for a Catch
Basin - Manhole Cleaner, bids were received, opened and tabulated
on March 15, 1972,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VIL:.AGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the Mayor and Village Manager are
hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract.with _
McQueen Equipment Company for a Catch Basin - Manhole Cleaner
according to the plans and specifications in the amount of
512,457.00.
I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully•com aced the foregoing extract of the
minutes of a regular Vs/ddifdY) meeting of the Village Counci-i
of said Village held on March 2Q 1972, with the
original thereof on fil:einn my office an t e same is a full
true and complete transcript therefrom.
