WHEREAS, this Council, by Resolution No. 72-7, set the public
hearing on Project 213 - Municipal Improvement (TH101 - CSAH6

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that Resolution No. 72-7 adopted on
January 3, 1972 be amended as follows:

112. A.public-hearing shall'be held on such proposed improve
ments on the 20th day of `March, 1972 at the (Yitiaga Council
