i! RESOLUTION NO. 72-101
WHEREAS. WaynRoy, Inc., 2160 Wisconsin Avenue, Minneapolis,
Minnesota, has requested a Conditional Use Permit to erect a 41x5'
`builders sign at the Southeast corner of Bass Lake Road and Deerwood'
{ ane for the Vale -Hoff Addition,.and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended approval'of sa i
'Conditional Use Permit.
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
that a Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted for
;one (1) year for WaynRoy, Inc. to erect a 41x5' builders
;Southeast corner of Bass Lake Road and Deerwood -Lane.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hunt. Neils. Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
