HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-100VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of 'March, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen ,'Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its !adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-100 WHEREAS, the permit for the Texaco station at 36th Avenue and Kilmer Lane ;;was renewed for only three months earlier this year because of a problem with 'the driveway, and H, WHEREAS, the history of the construction of this driveway has been re- 1viewed and a report prepared for the Council. and l WHEREAS, that report recommends removal of the driveway, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE i'VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH that the staff is hereby authorized to order this driveyay (connection to 36th Avenue closed at such time as the vehicle count at this ;(location exceeds 4,000 vehicles per day. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded 'by Councilman Hunt. and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was ;!declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA 'COUNTY OF HENNEPIN 5S. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held March 6, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
