Seibold P -rd Neils. The following members were absent: None xs •ter eee Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-97 WHEREAS, approval was requested for the Keyway First Addition Final OF THE'VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: The FinalPlatand Development Contract for Keyway First Addition are hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions:' 1. Due to the relatively low nature of the property under consideration, the Engineer shall establish basewnt floor grades on the three vacant lots. 2. That a variance be granted for the lot depth of 3 feet. h• 3.
