VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 6th day of March , 1972
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth,
Hunt. Seibold P -rd Neils.
The following members were absent: None

Councilman Neils introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-97
WHEREAS, approval was requested for the Keyway First Addition Final
OF THE'VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The FinalPlatand Development Contract for Keyway First Addition are
hereby accepted, subject to the following conditions:'
1. Due to the relatively low nature of the property under consideration,
the Engineer shall establish basewnt floor grades on the three vacant lots.
2. That a variance be granted for the lot depth of 3 feet.
h• 3. That access to the existing garage on Lot 1 be provided from the t
proposed cul de sac rather than from South Shore Drive as is now existing.
