1M following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following members were absent: None
,i Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and
4► moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-96

WHEREAS, Roy J. Busse and Harry Jensen have requested rezoning'
of certain land in the South k of Section 35 from R-1 (Single Fami'
Residence District) to R-3 (Multiple Family Residence District), a
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has' reviewed said petition and,
has recommended denial,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
that the -request of Roy J. Busse and Harry Jensen for rezoning.
from R-1 to R-3 be denied because this is an area where a transiiioi
l.project is not necessary, it would be spot zoning and it would crea!
a traffic problem.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold, Spaeth and Mayor Hilde
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
