following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spa-eth.

Councilman Spaethintroduced the following Resolution an
f moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-93
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reconsidered its previous:
taction of March 6, 1972 recorded in Resolution No. 72-92 approving
i� the Preliminary Plat of Vern Donnay Homes, Inc. "Westfield°.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTHS
that Resolution No. 72-92 approving the Preliminary Plat of
Vern Donnay Homes, Inc. "Westfield" is hereLy rescinded.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hiide,
Councilmen Hu,,tNeJ34z Seihr,ld and cnaath
The following voted against (abs.tained): NONE
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
