following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils, Seibold and Spaeth

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and'
ija
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-92
WHEREAS, Vern Donnay, Homes, Inc. has requested approval of the
preliminary plat fcr "Westfield" under the Village Subdivision Reg;u=,
lations, and,
WHEREAS, the Village Planning Commission has reviewed said,Pre.
liminary Plat and has recommended approval of same subject to certai
conditions,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
that the Preliminary Plat of Vern Donnay Homes, Inc. "Westfield""'
is hereby approved.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor.thereof:Mayor Hilde, Counci.=
men Hunt, Neils, Seibold and Spaeth
The following voted against (abstained): None
Whereupon the resolution was declared.duly passed and adopted.
