HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-083VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of, the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of February, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde rt�tt rkitir *frt Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-83 WHEREAS, it has been requested by the Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority that the Council of the Village of Plymouth appoint a representative for the tillage of Plymouth to the Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority for the year 1972. NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITHEREBYRESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "tfartin W. Overhiser, Planning Director for the Village of Plymouth is hereby appointed to represent the Village of Plymouth as a Director to the Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority for the year 1972." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Cnunciloran Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: f n,mri linen Hunt, R,Paeth, Seih ld anclNeils The following voted against .psi): Nnn e Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
