Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of, the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
28th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-83
WHEREAS, it has been requested by the Suburban Sanitary Disposal
Authority that the Council of the Village of Plymouth appoint a
representative for the tillage of Plymouth to the Suburban Sanitary
Disposal Authority for the year 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITHEREBYRESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"tfartin W. Overhiser, Planning Director for the Village of Plymouth
is hereby appointed to represent the Village of Plymouth as a
Director to the Suburban Sanitary Disposal Authority for the year
1972."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Cnunciloran Neils and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: f n,mri linen Hunt, R,Paeth,

declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on February 28, 1972, with the
original thereof on file. -in my office and the same is a"full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
