Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a spocial meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
28th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neil
The following members were absent: Mayor Hild _
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-82-82
WHEREAS, a Health Officer for the Village of Plymouth for the
year 1972 has to be appointed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"Dr. William Thomas, 12300 Wayzata Boulevard, Minnetonka, Minnesota,
is hereby appointed to act as Health Officer for the year 1972 for
the Village of Plymouth."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by .. Co unci lma- Nail s and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Cnunrilman 14unt, Rpaeth,
Seibold and Neils The following voted against or
AWROMM None Whereupon the resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on February 28, 1972, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 11th day of April , 1972.
