Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
28th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Councilman Hunt, Spaeth. Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayoo Hil de
Cnuncilman Seibold introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-g1
WHEREAS, the staff has presented to this Council, a work program
to project financial requirements for both the water and sanitary
sewer systems, and
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to retain financial consultants
to assist in these studies and to provide the Council with other services
from time to time.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH THAT:
Ehlers and Associates. Inc, be retained as financial consultants
for the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of,the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted is favor thereof: COunCilmBII- Hunt. Spaeth,
Seihnld and Neils_ _ The following voted

Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of
the Village Council held on February 28, 1972, with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal of
