VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ,s Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting i of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of February, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Hunt introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: i RESOLUTION NO. 72-79 WHEREAS, the Village of Plymouth has entered into an agreement with the Village of Minnetonka which will allow one community's residents to connect to the other community's utility system, and may enter into agreements with other communities, and WHEREAS, there is a need for a policy establishing the method of charg- Ing Plymouth residents that connect to toe adjoining community's utility system, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVE -j BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILt_AGE OF PLYMOUTH that the following metrrod of charging Plymouth residents for rorinec+ions to systems of adjoining communities is hereby adopted: 1. On future projects where Plymouth residents are served by neighbor- ing municipalities, the residenrs will be assessed or the basis of the neighboring municipalities project costs, 2. Those residents connecting to existing sewer and water projects jj that have been installed in pi, vious years shall pay the rates of the Village that predominate during the jr9ar in which they connect. These rates shall include services to the property line, 3. All Plymouth residents, whether connected to Plymouth utilities or those of adjoining communities, will be charged at the same service charge rates. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN )) SS.
