HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-078VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting w of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of February, 1972. The following members were present: �our.cilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The ii following members ,;ere absent: Mayor Hilde. j Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and ;moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-78 i WHEREAS, bad soil conditions which have been located on 28th Avenue east of West Medicine Lake Drive, which were not anticipated at the time of original plan preparation, have necessitated the preparation of change orders for two projects, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. Change Order No. 1 addition to West Medicine Lake water,and sewer. improvement Project No. 71-1, 0, 8-A (part 1) - New Project No. 126 in the amount of $1,050 giving a revised contract amount of $753,919.35 to Keller Construction Company is hereby approved. 2. Change Order No. 2 addition to West Medicine Lake Project No. 71-1, 0, 8-A (part 3) - New Project No. 142 to J. P. Begin Contracting Company in the amount of $3,400 giving a revised contract amount of $248,495.00 is hereby approved. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that 1 have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Coun- cil of said Village held on February 28, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
