VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
f Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of
!February, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth,
'Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 72-77
WHEREAS, request for Payment No. 5 and Final, dated January 17, 1972, has
'!been submitted for payment on Project NL. 71-8, A, and
WHEREAS, the project has been satisfactorily completed,
i!
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG
i+OF PLYMOUTH that Payment No. 5 and Final (dated January 17, 1972) for Project
ii No. 71-8, A - Fernbrook Lane Street Improvement, in the amount of $11,637.80
ito J. P. Begin Contracting Company is hereby authorized.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded

�'by Councilman Neils, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following
,voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
(ipassed and adopted.
