VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
i' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth was held on the 28th day of February, 1972.
,!The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils.
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde.

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its
{;adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-76
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 to Project No. 71-8, A - Fernbrook Lane has
been prepared covering miscellaneous items as follows:
1. Lower culvert and ditch on Lessard property as requested by owner,
2. Provide extra long driveway culvert at LaVigne driveway,
3. Extra fill required for turn lanes to construct foreslopes,
4. Furnish and place manhole casting and rings on Belmar storm sewer,
5. Cut in and place ditch drain North of Harbor Lane and West of Fernbrool
6. Cut blacktop at Harbor Lane and Fernbrook Lane to match into existing
bituminous mat, and
WHEREAS, these changes are required for completion of the project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAG
OF PLYMOUTH that Change Order No. 1 to J. P. Begin Contracting Company for
Project No. 71-8, A - Fernbrook Lane, in the amount of $1,728.00 is hereby
approved. This Change Order revises the contract amount to $74,102.10.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following
voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly
passed and adopted.
