HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-075r. ii li l VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH �i i' Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village ti ',Council of the Village of Plymuth, Minnesota, was held on the 28th day of ''February, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, 1,Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde. Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-75 WHEREAS, there is a need for construction of Well No. 3 during 1972 as substantiated in the comprehensive water distribution report dated 1972, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILL OF PLYMOUTH that preparation of the plans and specifications for Well No. 3, Project No. 209, is hereby ordered and the staff is instructed to study the possibility of dual power supply with reference to cost comparisons of a cen- tral standby power source compared to individual standby power units for each well. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held February 28, 1972 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and complete transcript there- from.
