HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-071VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH t 1 � jlf�x Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a vegtabm (special) meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 28th day of February 1972.` The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt. Spaeth. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde RRlt fikR Rslf! ' Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-71 WHEREAS, The First Minnetonka Real Estate, Inc., representing Mr. Adolph Peterson, -5756 Wellson Drive, Cypress, California, owner of Lots 1, 2, 3, 34, 35 and 36; Block 5 Suburbandale on Parkers Lake; requests a division of Lot 2 and Lot 35; also, to consolidate the west 1/2 of Lot 2 with Lot 3, the east 1/2 of Lot Z with Lot 1, the west 1/2 of Lot 35 with Lot 34, and the east 1/2 of Lot 35 with Lot 36. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: 1. That the requirements of Ordinance #66-1 of the Village' of Plymouth passed on January 10, 1966, and filed -,on April 6, 1966, in Book 1035 of Miscellaneous Records, page .497, Register of Deeds, Hennepin County, Minnesota, relatin' to the conveyance of parcels of land less than five (S acres in area and 300 feet in width are hereby waived as to the following described. lands: Tract A: All of Lot 3 and Lot 2, except the easterly 251'therj Tract B: All of Lot 1 and the easterly 25' of Lot 2, Block 5,i` Suburbandale on Parkers Lake. Tract C: All of Lot 34 and all of Lot 35, except the easterly;, 25' thereof.
