HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-070VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS 6 PREPARATION OF PLANS Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 14th day of February, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following were absent: None. Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-70 "NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE .'r PLYMOU;U TO ORDER FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THAT PORTION OF PROJECT 1171-1,0,8,9-L CHELSEA WOODS SE14ER AND WATER AS COVERED BY RESOLUTION N0. 72-69 AND EXTENSION OF CHELSEA WOODS TRUNK SYSTEM AROUND 18TH AVENUE AND LOOP BACK TO COUNTY ROAD 116 AND DUNKIRK LANE AND AUTHORIZE THE ADVERTISEMENT OF BIDS FOR SAME SUBJECT TO THE VILLAGE ENGINEER'S APPROVAL OF SAID PLANS -AND SPECIFICATIONS." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, and Seibold. The following member voted against: Councilman Neils. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) 1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on February 14, 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
