WHEREAS, the firm of Berg & Kern who contracted to construct Project
#71-1,0,8,9-L Chelsea Woods Sewer & Water Improvement are unable to !!
complete the work required on this project and have waived their rights i
under said contract.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH*
"It is hereby agreed to rescind the approval given for Change
Order #1 covered by Resolution No. 71-451 adopted December
6, 1971 an Project #71-1,0,8,9-L Chelsea Woods Sewer and
Water Improvement.n
