RESOLUTI014 ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS &
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
14th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils. The following
were absent: None.
Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved its
tion:

I WHEREAS, a resolution of the Village Council adopted the 17th day
bf January, 1972, fixed the 14th day of February, 1972 as the date for
a public hearing on Project 11211, East Medicine Lake Area Water Completion
ith respect to the following properties:
Lots 2 - 5 Block 1 Klausman's Addition

Also: That part of government Lot 3, Sec. 24, T.118 N.,
Range 22 W., corresponding to.Lots 1 -:i and Lot 12 of
Block 2, Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed

for the making of these improvements were given ten days' published notice
of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required
,notice and the hearing was held and the property owners heard on the 14th
day of February, 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGi,"
OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the properties as
above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
Resolution adopted January 25, 1972.
