HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-066t . i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota waa held on the 7th day of February, 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde. e*� Councilman Spaeth introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-66 WHEREAS, the Plymouth Village Council, on March 1, 197:, bt• Resolution No. 71-78, did approve a subdivision waiver for Parcel 6520 in accordance with the requirements of Ordinance No. 66-1 which was requested by Sandy Ackerberg, and WHEREAS, when Mr. Ackerberg recorded said waiver he indicated an additional 70 feet on the north side of Tract A, and WHEREAS, the attorney for the Village of Plymouth has recommended that Resolution No. 71-78 not be amended but that the description filed with the County be revised to conform with the resolution that was adopted on March 1, 1971. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RES.':1'U BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "The Village Attorney's recommendation is hereby accepted and Resolution No. 71-78 shall not 6e amended." The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against: None. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
