Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
7th day of February, 1972.
The following members were present: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt,
Neils and Seibold. The following member was absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Neils introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-65
WHEREAS, the Goals, Objectives b Criteria as adopted by the Planning
Commission were submitted to the Council recommending that the Council also
adopt same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"A. The Plymouth Village Goals. Objectives and Criteria as adopted
by the Planning Commission on January 26, 1972 is hereby acopted
subject to the following amendments:
1. Page 1 - Delete "or even desirable" in the second line of
item 6.
2. Page 3 - Use "Village" instead of "Planning Commission" in
paragraph a and f under item 10.
3. Page 8 - Delete item 5 under "Criteria".
B. The staff and Planner is directed to begin the preliminary guide
plan immediately. and
C. That the Council informally and administratively adhere to
the Goals. Objectives 3 Criteria in the absence of a completed
guide plan until it is effectively completed and adopted."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and
Seibold.
The following voted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution vas declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned. being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, !Minnesota. hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on February 7, 1972 with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 14th day of February, 1972.
