HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-064VILLAGE OF PLrff)UTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (:)K meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 7th day of February , 1972. The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils The following members were absent: tHa,vor Hilda gau oilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-64 WHEREAS, approval was requested to make final payment to Hoffman Brothers in the amount of $12,772.29 for Project 871-1,0-K. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: + Approval is hereby granted to make final payment in the amount of $12,772.29 to Hoffman Brotheis for Project 871-1,0-K Shenandoah Water and Sewer Improvements. - The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilman Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and Seibold The following voted against (abstained).
