Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, ¢a*wAai) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 7th day of February , 1972. The following members were
present: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
• RESOLUTION NO. 72-63
WHEREAS, approval was requested for final payment in thfe amount
of $7,793.00 to Egan McKay Electrical Contractors for Project 141-5,A.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:

Approval is hereby granted to make final payment in the amount
of $7,793.00 to Egan McKay Electrical Contractors, 7100 Medicine
Lake Road, Minneapolis, Minnesota for Project #71-5,A Harbor
Lane Street Lighting. j
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Spaeth, Seibold,
Hunt and Neils . The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared

duly passed and adopted. E
