Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (0P8060) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 7th day of February 1972. The following members were
present: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Seibold and Neils
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION N0. 72-62
WHEREAS, approval was requested for Change Order 91 in the amount
of $7,558.76 with Peter Lametti Construction Company to cover miscellaneous
field changes required during construction of Project 971-0,A (Part B).
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Change Order 91 in the amount of $7,558.76 with Peter Lametti
Construction Company is hereby approved for Project 971-0,A -
Part B.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by _ Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils
and Seibold . The following voted against (abstained).
None Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted. l
