VILLAGE OF 'PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and .notice thereof, a regular, ) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 7th day of February , 1972. The following members were
present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following memteits were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 72-61
WHEREAS, approval was requested for payment 08 in the amount of $47,082.64
and retainage reduction to $10,000 for.Project 070-1,0-E with Northdale
Construction Company.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby given for Project 070-1,0-E, 26th to 36th Ave. N.,
Sewer and Water Improvement payment 08 in the amount of $47,082.64
and the reduction of the retainage fee.for said project to $10,000.00
with Northdale Construction Company.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils
and Seibold . The following voted against (abstained).
None . Whereupon the resolution was declared
duly passed and adopted. ;

I, the undersigned, being.the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
! compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular (fgt1e 1
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on February 7 ,
1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same Is a
fuli, true and complete transcript therefrom.
