Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular, (ggapW) meeting
of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on
the 7th day of February , 1972. The following members were
present: Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde

Councilman Neils introduced the following Resolution
end moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-60
WHEREAS, Approval for Change Order Q5 was requested in the amount of
$10,003.59 for Project 470-1,0-E with Northdale Construction which covered
miscellaneous field changes required during construction.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval is hereby granted for Change Order 05 in the amount of
$10,003.59 for Project 070-1;0-E 26th to 36th Ave. N. Sewer and
Water Improvement, Northdale Construction Company,
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth
