Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following member was
absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-59
WHEREAS, approval was requested to make the 13th and final payment
in the amount of $87,151.87 to Northdale Construction Company for
Project 070-1,8,0-A.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Final payment in the amount of $87,151.87 is hereby approved
to be made to Northdale Construction Company for Project
070-1,8,0-A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold
and Neils. No one voted against or abstained:
Whereupon the resolution was duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on February 7, 1972. with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a ful., true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 14th day of February, 1972.
