Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council cf the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Councilmen Seibold, Neils, Hunt and Spaeth. The following member was
absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 72-58
WHEREAS, approval of Change Order 04 with Northdale Construction
on Project 070-1,8,0-A which provides for construction of miscellaneous
items requested as field changes in the amount of $4,132.00 was requested.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
The above Change Order 03 with Northdale Construction for
Project 070-1,8,0-A is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilman Hunt, Spaeth, Neils and
Seibold. No one voted against or abstained.
Whereupon the resolution was considered duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on February 7, 1972. with the
original thereof an file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 14th day of February. 1972.
