VILLAGE OF PLY11OUTH
Pursuer.t to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Da11age Cou:'Icil of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
7th day of February, 1972. The following members were present:
Councilmen HunL, Spaeth, Seihold and Neils. The following members
were absent: Mayor Hilde.
Councilman Neils introduced the following resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-56
WHEREAS, the Federal District Court has created new Legislative District
boundaries which affect voting precincts within the Village of Plymouth,
and
WHEREAS, the court's action makes it reasonable for the Village to
revise its' precinct boundaries.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"To adopt the amended six (6) precinct plan of the northern
boundary of precincts 44 and #5 taken as the Legislative
District line between 23A and 23B. The six voting precincts
hereby adopted are designated on the attached map, Exhibit A.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Spaeth and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Neils ar.d
Seibold. The followingvoted against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held on February 7, 1472, with the
original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate steal
of the Village this 18th day of February, 1972.
