t and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 72-54
WHEREAS, severalcomplaints have been received by Mayor Hilde

from citizens concerning snowaabilers who are creating problem.

1 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF' PLIM9UTH:
1. The date of February.29, 1972 is hereby .get forth to hold
a public heating oa snoweobiling..

2. Said hearing shall. be held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. in the

Beacon Heights Elementary School, 12315 Highway #55,
Plymouth, Minnesota.'
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Bunt and upon 1vote being taken thereon,
