Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular (agnao&wU
meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota was held on the 7th day of February , 1972.
The following members were present: Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold
and Neils
The follouring members were absent: Mayor Hilde
Councilman Seibold introduced the following
Resolution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-54
WHEREAS, the Village Council has reviewed the conditions stipulated
for the approval of the subdivision waiver requested by Dr. and Mrs. Arne,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE -VILLAGE COUNCIL
OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
That Resolution No. 72-1 which was adopted on January 3, 1972 stating
"subject to dedication of right of way for the full distance of 667' that
fronts on Vicksburg Lane" to read "subject to dedication of a 27' stretch
of lana. 209' along the east side of Parcel A for street purposes."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the remainder of the parcel be considered
Parcel B and before a second building permit for a dwelling is issued on
Parcel B that a preliminary plat be submitted to the Village, and further
that this condition shall be reflected in a restricted covenant or other
instrument approved by the Village attorney to be placed upon the land by
Dr. and Mrs. Arne, 4465 N. Vicksburg Lane.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote be'.ng
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen
Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils
The following voted against :dNone
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
