Pursuant toduecall and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota Was held on the
310t day of January. 1972• The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Spaeth, Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following
were absent: None.
Mayor Hilda introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-53
WHEREAS, the term of Plymouth's Bassett Creek Flood Control Commissioner
expired on February 1. 1972 and in order to maintain a valid voting repre-
sentative on this Commission a representative for Plymouth must be
appointed to serve for 'the next three years, i.e., February 1, 1972
through February 1, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Mr. Richard J. O'Fallon of 1220 Oakview Lane, Minneapolis.
Minnesota is hereby appointed by the Village Council of
the Village of Plymouth to act"as Plymouth's Bassett Creek
Flood Control representative►.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hunt and upon vote being•tiken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor'Hilda, Councilmen Spaeth,
Hunt, Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained:
None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undetsigneds being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of 'Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special
mating of the Village Council of said Village held on January 31,
1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is
a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
