RESOLUTION 99DERING'- PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
PROJECT 0201
Purbuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the
31st day of January, 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hunt,
Neils; Ssibold and Neils. The following members were absent: None.

Councilman Hunt introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-52
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on January
3, 1972 (Resolution No. 72-4), fixed the day of January 31, 1972, am the
date for a public hearing on Project 0201, Vicksburg Lane Street Improve-
ment CSAG 06 to 26th Avenue, 4500 feet North.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose property is liable to be assessed
for the waking of these improvements were given ten days' published notice
of the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the required
notice and the hearing was hold and the property owners heard on the 31st
day of January. 1972.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH.
"1. Such improvements as met out above and for the street
as above indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in
the Council Resolution adopted January 3, 1972.
2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to have the
plana and specifications prepared for the sinking of
such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilman Seibold.
Nails, Hurt and Spaeth. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a special
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held January 31, 1972,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to
Project #201.
WITNESS, 1•:y hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 14th day of February, 1972.
