HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-051VILLAGE OF LYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT PROJECT #211 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-51 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recommending Project #21.1, E. Medicine Lake Water Completion for an estimated cost of $96,000 for the following properties: Lots 2 - 5 Block 1 Klausman's Addition Lots 4 - 6 Block 2 " Lots 1 - 6 Block 3 Lots 1 - 9 Block 4 " Lots 17-25 Block 4 Lots 1 - 4 Block 7 Medicine Lake Park 3rd Div. Lotti 13-16 Block 7 " Lots 1 -12 Block 1 " Lots 1 - 5 Block 6 " Lots 1 - 6 -- Lake Park Acres Also: That part of government Lot 3, Sect. 24, T.118.N., Range 22 W., corresponding to Lots 1 - 6 and Lot 12 of Block 2. Medicine Lake Park 3rd Division. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COLNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "I. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvesents in ac.,�erdance with the report and the assessment of prop- erty abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sect. 429.011 to 424.111 at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improve- miwt as set forth by Resolution No. 72-32, (February 14. 1972, 7:30 o'clock p.m., Public Works Municipal building.) Page 2, Res. No. 72-51 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care- fully compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said Village held on January 25. 1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
