HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-050VILLAGE OF PLYMUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT PROJECT 4210 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the i '• Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. �I 1YA itRtt Councilman Neils introduced* the following resolution and moved its #� adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-50 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recommending Project #210, Northeast of the Northeast Interceptor Sewer for an estimated cost of $60,000 on the following properties: The Southeast k of Section 12. The Southwest k of Section 12. The North h of the Northeast k of Section 13. The East k of the North h of the Northwest k of Sect. 13. The Northeast It of the Northeast k of Section 14. The Southeas All in Townst k of118 NSeorthetion R11. hip , ange 22 West. Lots 1 - 6, Block 1, Skyline Hills Unit 1 Lots 1 - 5, Block 2, " Lots 1 - 5, Block 3, " Lots 1 - 7, Block 4, NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the.improveuenc pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111,at an estimated total cost of the improvement as ahownl for that portion of the report for Project #210 to serve Zachary School, and 2. The staff is hereby directed to prepare cost estimates based on the short segment necessary to serve Zachary Lane School along with a recommendation as to the assess - sent for same. 7 �i' Page 2, Res. No. 72050 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Seibold and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils.
