HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-049VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT PROJECT 0209 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-49 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recommending Project 0209, Well No. 3 to be located in the vicinity of Niagara Lane and 23rd Avenue North for an estimated cost of $105,000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report as submitted dated December 14, 1971." The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof; Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Seibold and , Neils. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. inM�t *ir�Y kA�!
