RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
PROJECT 0208
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
25th day of January, 1972.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen
Hunt and Spaeth.
Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-48
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to
the Village Council recommending Project 0208, Revere -Alden Acres
Water and Storm Sewer for an estimated coot of $195,000, for the
following properties, to -wit:

The South 4 acres of the North 24 acres of the West 5
acres of the Southwest k of the Northeast k of Sect. 13.
The North 2 acres of the West 5 acres of the Southwest k
of the Northeast k of Section 13.
All properties in Township 118 North, Range 22 West.
Also, the installation.of storm sewer to the following
described parcels:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property abutting or within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement as set forth by Resolution 072-6,
(February 14, 1972, 7:30 o'clock P.M., Public
Works Municipal Building.)
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and
Seibold. The following vote.. against or abstained: None.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark of
the Vill►ge of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that i have care-
fully cr.spared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special
meetin; of the Village Council of said Village held on January 25,
1972, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 11th day of February, 1972.
