HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-048VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT PROJECT 0208 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-48 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recommending Project 0208, Revere -Alden Acres Water and Storm Sewer for an estimated coot of $195,000, for the following properties, to -wit: Lots 2 - 4 Block 1 Tom House Addition Lots 1 - 4 Block 1 Remme's Addition Lots 1 - 4 Block 1 Alden Acres Addition Lots 1 - 4 Block 2 Alden Acres Addition Lots 1 - 3 Block 3 Alden Acres Addition Lots 1 - 3 Block 1 Alden Acres 2nd Addition Lots 1 - 10 Block 2 Alden Acres 2nd Addition Lots 1 - 9 Block 1 Meadow Lawn Estates Lots 1 - 7 Block 2 Meadow Lawn Estates Lots 3 - 6 Block 1 Meadow Lawn Estates 2nd Addition Lots 1 - 5 Block 2 Meadow Lawn Estates 2nd Addition The East 115' of the West 175' of the South 150' of the North 210' of the Northwest k of the Southeast 14 of Sect. 13. That part of the North N of the Southeast k of the Northwest he of Section 13, lying South of the North 400' thereof. The South 4 acres of the North 24 acres of the West 5 acres of the Southwest k of the Northeast k of Sect. 13. The North 2 acres of the West 5 acres of the Southwest k of the Northeast k of Section 13. All properties in Township 118 North, Range 22 West. Also, the installation.of storm sewer to the following described parcels: Lots 1 - 4 Block 1 Alden Acres Addition Lots 1 - 4 Block 2 Alden Acres Addition Lots 1 Block 2 Alden Acres Addition Lots 4 - 10 Block 2 Alden Acres Addition 11 Page 2, Res, No. 72-4a NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement in accordance with the report and the assessment of property abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement as shown. 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement as set forth by Resolution 072-6, (February 14, 1972, 7:30 o'clock P.M., Public Works Municipal Building.) The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following vote.. against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
