HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-047VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT PROJECT #207 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 25th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Seibold and Neils. The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth. Mayor Hilde introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-47 WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Consultant Engineer to the Village Council recommending Project #207, Sewer, Water, Streets and Storm Sewer, Zachary Lane, Junior High School for an estimated cost of $125,000 of the following streets, to wit: South of the South k of the Southwest k of Section 12. South k of the Southeast k of Section 12. North 1% of the South 15 of the Southwest k of Section 12. South 4 of the South ;S of the Southeast k of Section 12. Northwest k of the Northeast k of Section 13. North $1 of the Northwest k of Section 13. Northeast k of the Northeast k of Section 14. South k of the Southeast :k of the Southeast k of Section 11. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid is i+ovement in accordance with the report and the assessment of pro- perty abutting or within said boundaries for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated total cost of the improvement,as shown.. 2. A public hearing shall be hold on such proposed improvement as ret forth by Resolution No. 72-6. (February 14, 1972, 7:30 P.M., Public Works -Municipal Building). The motion fo-• the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Neils and Seibold. The following voted against or abstained: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Page 2, Res.
