Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
24th day of January, 1972. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Neils and Seibold
The following members were absent: Councilmen Hunt and Spaeth
Councilman Seibold introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 72-45
WHEREAS. a Notice of Time Set for Meeting of Board of Review
has been received from Wayne A. Johnson, Hennepin County Assessor, and
WHEREAS, such notice designates June 6, 1972, 7:30 P.M., as
the date that the Village of Plymouth shall hold said Review in the
Public Works Municipal Building, 14900C 23rd Avenue North.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
1. In accordance with the above notice received from
the Hennepin County Assessor and Minnesota Statutes
Sec. 274.01 the Village of Plymouth shall hold their
Board of Review on Tuesday, June 6, 1972 in the
Public Works Municipal Building at 7:30 o'clock P.M.
2. The Village Clerk shall hereby publish and post the
required legal notices for such Review.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted In favor thereof: Marcor Hilde. Councilmen Neils
1 and , Seibold
The following voted against/abstained: none
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared the foregoing extract of the minutes of a special meeting of
the Village Council of said Village held January 24, 1972, with the

complete transcript therefrom.
