HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1972-044VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION TO DEFER PUBLIC HEARING ii FOR PROJECT #202 + Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the ;!17th day of January, 1972. The following members were present: I+. 4�Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hunt, Spaeth, Seibold and Neils. The following !members were absent: None. 1 Councilman Spaeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 72-44 WHEREAS, a public hearing was scheduled on January 31, 1972 by iiand {Resolution No. 72-4 to consider Project 6202, Turning Lanes CSAH #6 Trunk Highway #101, and {� WHEREAS, more information is necessary due to the number of problems that exist which will have to be worked out by the Village 1± 'staff with respect to private landowners, the State and County Highway Departments. BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF !PLYMOUTH: To delete Project 0202 from the list of scheduled public bearings on January 31, 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the Public �i 11 Works Municipal Building. j The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly t�1 seconded by Councilman Neils and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda-, Councilmen Spaeth, Hunt, i Seibold and Neils. The following voted against: None. Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. Page 2, Res.
